If you’ve got IVR flows set up, you can use this trigger to start an IVR work flow when you receive incoming calls from your contacts.
Here’s how to set up this trigger:
- Navigate to the “Triggers” tab.
- Scroll down to the section called “_Start a flow after receiving a call_” and click.
- Select the IVR flow you’d like to start and whether you’d like this trigger to operate on a group. Leave the “Only Groups” dialogue field blank if you’d like the trigger to operate on all contacts who call.
